Went to get my dogs nails clipped and realized that Vetco was at Petco that day. I needed more heart worm pills and they accommodated me even though I didn’t have an appointment. The young man was very helpful and courteous. Saved me an extra trip.
Took my puppy to get his shots and they did his shots, but they were supposed to also do a quick exam but the vet didn’t even touch him. He gave him the shots and off. We went then when I got an email it listed everything that was supposed to be done, and they all said normal, even though my puppy was never touched. Also, they put the wrong breed down.
Used vetco for vaccination services. Staff was knowledgable, attentive and so kind. The vet did a wellness exam and provided some input and suggestions about overall care and wellbeing for my senior dog. Also purchased 6 months of simaparica trio. Overall, the visit cost was almost half of what I pay at our vet. Very pleased on all counts.
Easy to schedule, appointments are quick and affordable. Took less than 10 minutes for 2 pets.
