We brought our newly adopted kitten in with concerns about his watery, half open eyes with some discharge and his filthy ears. The vet said she didn’t think anything was wrong and refused to do any testing, calling it an unnecessary waste of money even when I kept pressing for it. Extremely disappointed in how dismissive she was of my concerns especially when we have other pets at home. So we brought our kitten to a different vet two days later. They took one look at his eyes and said he had conjunctivitis, then took swabs for PCR testing and gave us antibiotic eye drops. Turned out, he has chlamydia and needs to be on doxycycline for a month. As frequent visitors, we have always found your staff to be wonderful. My pets and I particularly adore Beth Caroleo. She clearly has a deep love for animals, and it's reciprocated by my dogs. Her ability to keep our visits, especially for vaccinations, as stress-free as possible is greatly valued. Unless you want to spend a FORTUNE on animal care DO NOT COME HERE. They are all about the money!!! They preach “the best care” but are extremely selfish and rude. I’ve been taking my dogs here for over 7 months never missed an appointment, spent hundreds of dollars, and 1 missed visit and you get billed 80 dollars!!! I spoke with two people about this and they “that’s to bad”. Absolutely no respect for families with animals, they charge outrageous prices and can care less about their animals, only ABOUT THE MONEY!! Don’t waste your money or time🙌….
