We had a wonderful experience adopting our newest family member from Animal Haven. We went to meet Gunner and knew right away we wanted to take him home with us. Angelina brought him out to meet and play with us. She was super helpful and answered all our questions. Ava handled our application. She was so kind and helpful. She communicated well with us during the whole process. You can tell the staff and volunteers all care deeply about the animals and they all are well cared for.

My husband and I had a great experience adopting our little guy from Animal Haven! We worked with Emily and she was responsive, friendly, and obviously cares deeply about finding good homes for animals at the shelter. She was very honest about the kittens’ history and helped us choose a kitten who would be a good fit for our family. Animal Haven responded to our adoption application within a week. We were very grateful that they saw no issue with adopting out a single kitten to a home with a young cat needing a companion! Overall when we visited we were impressed with the size of the shelter and how well taken care of the cats are! Thank you for helping us find Spider, who we now call “Amos” ❤️

We had a very positive experience in adopting our new pup Sparkle muffin!! The staff works very hard to provide care and enrichment while they wait for their permanent homes. The property is amazing with wonderful exercise pens and areas to walk around. We enjoyed working with Ava as we got our resident dogs acquainted with Sparkle. We are in awe of our new addition every day. She wakes up with joy in her heart and is constantly wagging her tiny tail.
