I’ve been coming to North Haven Animal Hospital for years and I truly don’t have a single bad thing to say about this place or the staff. The front desk team and the assistants are always professional, kind, and organized. You can tell they all work incredibly hard to make sure every pet gets the care they need and deserve. Thank you, North Haven Animal Hospital, for always being there for us and for taking such great care of my pet Chloe . It means more than you know.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Wells and the entire team at North Haven Animal Hospital ! We are always treated with genuine kindness, professionalism, and compassion. Dr. Wells is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also takes the time to explain everything clearly and thoughtfully. His gentle approach and sincere care always makes the visit calm and reassuring. The staff is equally amazing — friendly, attentive, and always helpful. We have been taking our dogs here for the last 25 yrs and always they go above and beyond with every dog we have brought to them. The hospital itself is clean, welcoming, and well-equipped. I am beyond disappointed with the handling of a potentially life-threatening situation involving my 3-lb, 11-week-old puppy. My puppy was lethargic and not eating for the second day in a row. This exact scenario had already occurred twice in the last three to four weeks, both times requiring IV fluids at this same hospital. This would have been the third episode, and anyone familiar with toy-breed puppies knows this can quickly become fatal if not addressed promptly. I began calling at 4:00 PM. The practice did not close until 5:30 PM and was fully staffed. I repeatedly explained that this was a potentially fatal situation, that tiny puppies can deteriorate rapidly, and that things could become dire very quickly. Despite this, I was repeatedly told that my puppy’s doctor “wasn’t in” and

Dr. L was so helpful and reassuring when our puppy wasn’t feeling well. He took time with us and didn’t rush us at all. We called to ask a follow up question and he called us himself and spoke to us! We so appreciated that. He also called us when our puppy’s test results came in and answered any and all questions I had at 4:30 the evening before Christmas Eve. This is a true caring and level of care I appreciate.

North Haven vet always treats my dog like a family member. They are efficient & caring. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
