I had such an amazing experience and being that I work in customer service I feel like employees dont get enough recognition when its truly deserving. I went in today (2/12/26) and Holly from front end took care of me. She walked me through the store suggesting things to buy for my guinea pigs, and even helped with certain things for my dog. She was beyond knowledge and definitely took her job seriously. I am so happy with my experience and believed she deserves some acknowledgement 💛

Tee was so amazing! She was so patient, thoughtful, and helpful. Can't speak highly enough about her help as I prepare to be a first time dog mama.

Recently bought two 32 count crickets from the north haven location and when I opened them up there were maggots and the piece of carton that was inside was moldy. They had no dates or anything on the insects they had there. I got a refund but I’ll never buy anything from the north haven location again, I don’t trust them.

Rude, lying workers. Have been bringing my dog here since a puppy most recently being within the last 10 months. They canceled her appointment THE MORNING OF referring to a note that we never heard about from 2019. My dog is the most least problematic dog but yet Cat D made up a lie and canceled her appointment. Wouldn’t waste a dime here again.

I shop there predominately for saltwater fish food. The selection of saltwater fish is sad and marine tanks are always filthy. Staff is nice and are accommodating
