The service here is great! Brian, John and the groomer here for my cat, her name is Bridgette, she is amazing. She is very kind, knowledgeable and handles my little furry friend with care and love. And they have a Vet clinic that visits their store on occasions!

We are so happy to have Wag N Wash in the neighborhood. The prices are excellent nd they always send out coupons. Ryan the manager is great. Don’t listen to the negative reviews. I am the most high maintenance and picky dog mom. Some may know them better as pets supplies plus. The grooming staff is friendly. This is the best store around!

The store is great, but it's not really a pet store, it's a dog store. They have a token small amount of cat stuff with not much variety. If you don't have a dog, skip it, there are better places nearby for us.

This wag&wash store is the best! The team members are super nice and they always go above and beyond for me and my dogs. The self wash is clean and organized. I will definitely come back to this store

DO NOT GROOM YOUR DOG HERE – Hostile Environment and Unprofessional Staff This was my first experience bringing my puppy to Wag N’ Wash Bethesda, and unfortunately, it will be my last. The groomer was immediately confrontational—reprimanding me for simply asking if I could drop my dog off early after I was unable to get through on the phone. When I gently asked that they be careful around my puppy’s whiskers due to a known sensory issue, the groomer responded with hostility and refused to have a collaborative discussion about the cut. The energy was unwelcoming, bordering on aggressive. Despite my discomfort, I left my puppy for the appointment because he badly needed a grooming due to the heat and we had waited for a few weeks for the slot.
