What a great grooming spot! They know how to cut Australian Labroodles perfectly! Love that you can book online and text with them for changes or requests. Also, they just added a transportation option which is a lifesaver during a work day.

I recently took my Pomeranian to Elysiem and I couldn't be happier with the results! The groomer was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to my pup's needs. My Pomeranian came out looking absolutely adorable with a perfectly trimmed coat. The attention to detail was outstanding, and it's clear they truly cares about their furry clients. The salon was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Elysiem to anyone looking for top-notch grooming services for their pets. I implore you not to use Elysiem's services. They accidentally sheared my dog to the skin under his arm pit causing a severe rash that required me to go to the vet to seek care for him. I've attached a photo of the initial burn, but it got much worse. When I called Elysiem to make them aware of the issue, they refused to apologize and said they had no way to make amends given they don't issue refunds after 48 hours. How does that make any sense? It is very hard to find an excellent dog groomer. After having multiple disappointments with dog groomers of different agencies including those who shaved out dog to the skin, or made us wait excessively while our dog was groomed, and other unprofessional behaviors. We were delighted to find Lupe at ELYSIEM. She had worked at another groomer and gave our dog an amazing fur trim. We learned that she had left that place. We went back to the old place and had to leave immediately after the groomer assigned was going to shaved our dog to the skin. Lupe accepted our booking for dog grooming and we are very happy by her excellence.

Book with Alexis! I am very picky with groomers for my golden retriever. However, not only was Alexis extremely nice but she is genuinely educated on show dog cuts. She listened to every single one of our requests and made my Golden Retriever - Pluto look amazing. From now, it’s just up-keeping and I will 100% be coming back for her.
