I have brought my cats here starting in 2018 and as recently in 2025. I have had great experiences with the vet team here. I have had a senior cat with some serious issues and the team did everything they could to take care of him. Including multiple enemas, which is never pleasant. Recently I had a cat need heavy dental work, 8 teeth removed. I was very nervous but I know they took great care of her, and she was back to her normal self within days. The vets are great and I have had good interactions with their techs as well. My vets have been Dr Talbot and Dr Schultz, highly recommend both of them. Prices may be a tad higher but I am willing to pay more for quality care for my cats vs other vets in the DC area.

My cats' treatment has been wonderful at Kenwood. They couldn't have been more caring when one of my cats dropped dead. And they greeted the new cat (a Siberian) enthusiastically, and on his fourth visit called out his name when we entered for a checkup. The assistants and the receptionists are also very welcoming. Yes, with a Jaguar parking can be difficult but the advantages of having caring vets and staff makes up for it.

PET OWNERS BEWARE. After spending $1,088 for 5 days of boarding and canine flu vaccine, my 2 small dogs, who were previously vaccinated for kennel cough (and everything else), came home with severe respiratory distress and digestive infections, resulting in an emergency vet bill just 3 days later for $678 (graciously discounted by half by the emergency vet in Falls Church). Even though I called Kenwood, they were "fully booked" and basically told me I was on my own. It is clear they neither maintain a clean and safe facility, nor do they stand behind their services. DO NOT TRUST YOUR PETS TO THESE PEOPLE.

We highly recommend this practice. The vets and all staff are super friendly and efficient. Both our dog and we loved kind and caring atmosphere!

Professional and friendly staff. I specifically enjoyed Dr. Han’s approach to my cat’s needs and her empathy and respect as to what we feel is best for him.
