I usually never return anything but I had several products from this store I could no longer use. I returned one of them with no problem with one employee then a few days later I went back to return another item which was actually defective and this other employee said ‘no returns’ but I had literally returned something that same week so either the employee was lying or they were just being cheap about it. Also if a product is defective 99% of the time a business practice with ethical standards will have basic understanding and take it back. I will not shop here again.

These guys are pretty solid. Good advice, good products, not an evil giant chain store.

I have been a customer of Westwood pet center for 13 years - they recently moved to a new location and I am happy I found them again! It is the best pet store ever, they have a great selection of pet food and other items, including speciality dog foods. Anna, the owner of the store is so knowledgeable, patient, and kind - she’s answered all of my many questions when we got our second puppy, Leo. I would recommend this store to every dog parent!

Westwood Pet Center is my new go to place for anything dog related. They have a wide variety of good quality dog food as well as requisite treats like dried beef lung. They have products for cats as well obviously. What separates them from the chain stores is the personalized service. Its owner operated and she is very responsive. Super helpful that it is open 7 days a week. nothing more annoying than realizing you've run out of dog food Saturday night. Prices are reasonable as well. Couldn't ask for more.
