Carpet Palace Bethesda

I have used Bethesda Carpet Palace twice in the last several years- the second time being within the month. I found Ali to be extremely helpful and responsive. The team installed our runner in no time and it looks beautiful!

Man these guys are great! Super easy to work with, communicative, fast and professional. The installed new heart pine floors in my condo in DC as well as carpeting on a spiral staircase and loft. Great people, service, and product.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! I just arrived home from work to find that the Carpet Palace (Bethesda) installers, installed the carpet in our basement and took the door from our house to our garage off, did not put it back on and left without a word! So, we have no way to secure our home, all of the air conditioning is going out of our house and dirt and leaves are coming in. I called Ali of Carpet Palace and he was not at all apologetic. He said his workers did not tell him about this and there was "nothing he could do" since it was after 6pm. He did not offer to come by and fix the door or even reprimand his workers! He said that I should not be so upset about it! Luckily, we still owed them half of the price, so they will not receive that amount, but I wish we had not paid them a dime yet. Th

Allen and his team at Carpet Palace have been great. We worked with them over the course of several months to assist in selecting and installing carpet and flooring throughout our home. They are helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommend!
