Vida Veterinary Urgent Care

We truly cannot say enough about Vida Pet Urgent Care. During one of the hardest moments for our family, they showed such compassion from start to finish. They placed us in a beautiful private room and made sure our sweet Xena was calm and comfortable the entire time. The room was so thoughtfully designed with tissues, a comfy couch, and even Hershey kisses for the pups. It felt peaceful and intentional in every way. Dr. Howell was incredible. She took her time, gently talked us through our doubts, and never made us feel rushed. It would have never felt like the right time, but she made us feel seen, supported, and cared for. We are so grateful to the entire team for the kindness and love they showed our family.

I wish they could be my regular veterinarian 😩 they are top notch for care for your pet. I visit here cause my cat had a UTI issue going on.. from the moment I called, to when I walked in, to being placed in a room. Every single person I interactive with has, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! you can tell they truly care, in it’s not just a job. I also was a little worried about the price cause this was so last minute. They were very transparent about the pricing throughout the process so it wasn’t no surprises when it came to the bill. I also want to thank the one lady that let me get my emotions out. I was just so overwhelmed.. cause I was like ugh I am spending my birthday money for this. This was not the plan this bday weekend 🤣 so yes I was stressed but everything worked out! Cause now my cat

Absolutely amazing place. They loved my cat with me, and made me feel like home. What a comfy environment, and the vets and techs are A+! Rags at the bottom, with her kids.

The staff was amazing with my girl. I couldn’t get in to see our vet till Friday. I called and explained our issue, I had an appointment in an hour! They got on the floor to exam our girl as she was a little timid being in a new place. The doctor figured out our issues and prescribed 2 meds for 5 days. And they sent today’s finding to our vet too! While I don’t hope to use the services again, it’s good knowing they are there if I need them. Thank you so much!

I’m so thankful for Vida Vet and their entire staff! I called this morning hoping to get an appointment before the snowstorm, and the woman who answered was so kind and professional. They were able to get my dog in that same afternoon to treat her UTI, which was such a relief. Dr. Sprayberry and her team were amazing — compassionate, attentive, and so caring with my sweet girl. I truly can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend!
