I'm so, so disappointed 😞, after all the good reviews. I took my fur baby (pomeranian) for grooming , i told Debbie what I wanted done.When it was time to pick her up I was totally shocked! My dog's hair was chopped off in certain areas and totally uneven. I asked Debbie is this what she called a pomeranian cut!! She said there's no such thing as a pomeranian cut, that my dog also wouldn't keep still so she couldn't cut the hair around her neck.!! What a disappointment.

Debby did so wonderful. Not only did Mink love them so much she ran back to the groomers, she came out looking better than she has ever looked. This is the first and only time in 8 years of grooming Mink that this was an outcome. I will be back!!!!

I stopped by during the grand opening of the new PetSmart, and it definitely impressed me. The store feels larger than other locations, and everything was clean and nicely set up. They had a welcome table at the front with stickers and pamphlets, which was a nice touch. The associates were personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly—like they were just as excited to be open as the customers were. Banfield is coming soon to this location (no set date yet), but I’m just glad this store is finally open. It’s always been my preferred pet store.

I had a great experience today at the PetSmart in Middletown, thanks to Alex. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and resourceful while assisting me with my fish and aquarium purchases. He really took his time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt confident about everything I was buying. What stood out most was that I was just browsing the aisle while he was sweeping, and he went out of his way to stop and ask if I needed help. That level of attentiveness and customer care truly made a difference. I really appreciate all the information he shared and the patience he showed. Excellent customer service — thank you, Alex!

This is for the grooming department. A huge shoutout to Mintz. She was so kind and patient with my puppy. He was so nervous and scared going into the appointment and she made she to make him comfortable even despite her supervisor telling her to send my puppy home. Mintz is great! It is clear she is very knowledgeable when it comes to dogs and cares about the pets she cuts. Thank you Mintz!
