Purine puppy chow I purchased last week of October 2025 has live maggots in it. I believe it may be because the store has black beetle infestation. Store clerk said they think it’s a problem with purinas shipping facility. Not sure what’s going on but it’s gross.

Love this store for all things u can't find anywhere else.. Fromm dog food and their Elm brand is great..Like a Giants stuffy in Eagles territory..haha

The ladies at the store are very helpful, friendly and gave great advice. I bought some treats for my boyfriends dog and something for a neighbor-Dog that I don't know well enough to know their dietary needs. But the staff gave great suggestions and I have no complaints from either Pup.

My cats have been having urinary issues for the past few months so I have been purchasing special “Urinary Diet “, through the “ Frequent Buyers “ program as it is very expensive . Today they were out of the 3.5 bag I usually buy; so asked if I could buy larger bag ( even more expensive) of same Special Diet towards my frequent buyers account. Was told “no “that is a different product?” Will not be back!

Sales help are definitely not sparkles! They do not seem happy in their jobs! Not going back to that specific Concord Pet in Middletown DE. No one asked if I needed any help and there were 3 staffed!!! 😏
