Dr. Russell is excellent. She works hard to get to know the pet and the family. Upon entering, we are immediately shown to a room, which is good for nervous dogs like mine. Grooming services are also offered.

The people are the most caring. Our dog is aging and had several teeth out, two large lumps removed and now bladder stones removed in the last year. Every time we have been there they have been wonderful. They know how nervous our Ginger gets so they schedule us so we are not waiting in the waiting room, they call with progress reports and the Doctor is wonderful as well , explains things well and tries to work with us

We travel almost an hour to bring my daughters bearded dragon here! The doctor & staff are all amazing. My daughter panics at the slightest thing & calls or e-mails and always receives a quick & informative response. We have had to take Rascal baby to be seen for a broken toe & recently for a complete loss of appetite. Both visits the doctor & staff were friendly, informative, professional, kind and extremely accommodating. They make sure to have a little heater in the room for him and the facility is super clean so he can run around on the floor to his hearts content & we don't have to worry! They even helped me find exoctic pet insurance when I asked about it! It is going to save my daughter lots of money & it gives her peace of mind knowing she will always be able to afford any of his

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Companion Animal! The staff are all wonderful and the office is clean, welcoming and friendly! They truly have a fear free environment for the animals, which helps me as pet mom feel comfortable taking the time and money to have my fur babies seen. All of my cats have been seen at Companion, and most recently my newest rescue Boots for a limp. We rescued him as a stray and it’s taken time to earn his trust. He is the sweetest boy, but sometimes nervous in new places. Yesterday, they made him feel so comfortable and loved! Dr Hooten sat on the floor with him for the whole exam and gave me a progressive treatment plan that was affordable and I felt comfortable with! I would give them a 100 stars if I could. Dr. Reimer is absolutely wonderful. She has helped my dog and cats so much and at times last minute. She is knowledgeable and caring and wonderful at acknowledging unspoken needs. Everyone in this office is friendly and compassionate and if your like me do not get annoyed at the hundreds of questions because they understand ❤️ I will continue to use and recommend them to everyone and all that want outstanding holistic care for their pets
