PetVet Vaccination Clinic

Concord, NC PetVet Vaccination Clinic at Tractor Supply. Arrived 20 min before 10:00am for dog vaccination, waited in line, by women checking us in, was told to so into store, go shop & we'd be called. Not so, it took us 2 1/4 hours before being called. We Like Vet Dr. Thomas. We do NOT like being told to shop, the person checking us in, kept running around back & forth, when we asked her was told she'd get back to us many times We find this discourteous, dis-respectful and un-professional. We were not the only people waiting & waiting, many holding their dogs all this time, trying to keep calm, we listened to many other people who were angry, then they left. We've been going to Pet Vaccination Clinic for over 4 years. Never been treated so horribly. We are frequent shoppers at Trac

Last year my dog was diagnosed with a heart murmur. Somehow this year it magically disappeared and the vet wanted to know who diagnosed it. It was the same vet. Additionally, I do not like that you are asked to pre-register, then asked to get out of line and wander around for two hours before being seen. Why did all the clinics in Tractor Supply that were open 7 days a week close?

Very thankful for the opportunity to go by the Tractor supply and take my black and tan bluetick beagle named danger To get his rabies shot In this last time he received a three-year rabies shot for the price of a one year! Thank you, pet vet ! Toby Garmon
