Kelsey did an amazing job grooming our baby Hazel! We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and professional dog groomer. ❤️ Hazel has very thick hair and it can be difficult for us to keep it combed and maintained, but Kelsey handled it so well and made the whole process easy. What we appreciated the most was her communication. She kept us updated throughout the appointment and explained each step she was taking during Hazel’s grooming, which gave us a lot of peace of mind knowing Hazel was in good hands. I recently adopted my dog Rocko from a family member, and he’s such a loving boy who just needed a little extra care and attention. Rocko was mostly matted on his ears and neck, but I wanted to get him fully groomed before the New Year, and Kontota Grooming made that happen for me. I found them through Thumbtack, and they offered great, reasonably priced packages that fit exactly what I was looking for. Kelsey was amazing with communication from confirming the arrival time to providing updates on Rocko’s grooming status all the way through to the end. Rocko was well taken care of, and I could truly tell he was handled with patience and love. I’m so grateful for the experience and will definitely be returning. Cassidy and Kelsey (forgive me if I spelled that wrong!) with Kontota Mobile Pet Grooming – Charlotte were absolutely fantastic! They made Lucky and Lorenzo feel comfortable and cared for right from the start. Both of my boys can be a little anxious, but the team was so gentle and kind that any nerves disappeared fast. They came out looking (and smelling!) amazing — clean, soft, and so handsome with their sunflower and fall bandanas. You can tell these ladies truly love what they do and take real pride in every detail. The mobile setup was spotless, convenient, and stress-free. Kelcey does a great job with our poms!! She is very patient with their anxieties of grooming. They look great when she is done and love showing off their new clean look.

Kelsey did a wonderful job with our Poms - Storm and TinsL. The looked and smelled great when she finished and pretty sure TinsL would have let her pamper him much longer. Thank you Kelsey for loving on our dogs like we do and for being patient with Storms Grumpy ol’ Man Syndrome. Will definitely book again.
