Petfolk Veterinary & Urgent Care - Concord

I bring my kitty with CKD to this petfolk location. It's been a difficult journey with my sweet kitty, but the staff at this petfolk are extraordinary. The manager, Kyle, Dr. M, Dr. C, Dr. Z, and every single vet tech I've met (but dont remember names!) are absolute angels on earth. I couldn't manage my babies symptoms and health without the people from petfolk. I need to learn everyones name so I can say thank you in a better way. Thank you all for what you do everyday. Thank you for helping so many animals and educating so many families. I appreciate everyone from petfolk. Thank you all for being there.

I’ve had a wonderful experience at petfolk for my dogs. The vets and staff are compassionate, patient, and truly treat animals like family. They take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and never rush the visit. My anxious dog was handled with so much care and calm, which made a huge difference. I love the vet techs there. They’re super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this clinic to any pet parent.

Had such a nice visit today for my poodle’s wellness & 3 year rabies shot. Tech Sheree & Dr Helmer were sooo sweet! Very updated posh office too. Luna was a really good girl with the shot! Hopefully looking forward to returning only when we need to 😊

Great people. Went in for a wound check. Mary checked Rylee in weighed her and checked her temperature. Then Dr. C came in. She also checked her over gave me some medication and we were on our way. Made a 2 week followup appt. Dr C gave me some suggestions for Rylee on her itchy skin. I will definitely recommend Petfolk to friends and family.

Just moved from out of state and found the vet. SO happy I did. I have two dogs and a cat. I come often since the old stray I found and kept has heartworm. Every single time my animals are treated with the most outstanding love, care, and respect! I have never met a vet staff who cares and goes above and beyond like they truly do. Great company, staff, and facility! It is very calm and clean always, also they are wonderful with communicating with the parents of each pet. I will never stop recommending this place, the people really have their hearts in vet med for the right reasons!! Sheree, Savannah, Dr C, Dr Adam’s and every other staff member is so wonderful and knowledgeable! Thank you all!
