Poplar Animal Hospital

We have only used 1 vet for my dog but because my dog needed an x-ray and urgent care visit, we used this facility after searching and reading reviews of local veterinary hospitals. From my initial call this morning and speaking with Becky, to the other front office staff, the gentleman tech, and Dr A, I’m extremely grateful and thankful for their level of caring professionalism. I had the last appt slot for the day and honestly, I was worried about feeling rushed. By the thoroughness and overall attention to my concerns, I did not feel rushed or hurried. I am very appreciative of the care my big baby was given. I have already called 3 other pet parents and recommended this vet hospital. It was very easy to schedule an appointment, and from the moment we arrived, they treated my baby like their own. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I truly understood before moving on. I appreciated being given choices and options for my dog’s care, along with everything I needed to support her at home. Scheduling a follow-up appointment was just as easy. I’m very grateful for the care and compassion shown to both me and my dog.

We always receive the best care from Dr. Munn and the entire team at PAH! Dr. Munn has cared for all of our dogs from coming home as a puppy to helping them cross the Rainbow Bridge. They treat us like family. The staff at PAH are friendly, kind, and patient. We recommend PAH to all of our friends!

So my daughter has been bringing our loved Ginger here for a few years However Feb 12 , 2026 was a hard day for our family we lost our dear Beloved Ginger a full bred shih Tzu The office took such good care of her You want to her final arraignments! From the time they put our baby to sleep it was quick and professional! It was a hard decision However she was suffering a few days ! Her Remains were taken so caring and had thoughtful intentions with cards and a beautiful symbol of our love for her We Thank You 😢❤️❤️❤️🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 Everyday will get easier! Pray for us

We started using Poplar Animal Hospital while we were living in South Charlotte. We love their staff, just great people. We moved away about 3 years ago but we like Poplar so much that we still bring our Greyhounds back to Concord for their appointments and routine care even though it is 2 1/2 hours away.
