Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Concord

Just moving here and we’ve used Woof Gang In the past, and I am beyond thrilled that we’ve found Rio! He took his time to get to know Oakley And I had no worries leaving my fur baby! Went ahead and booked our next grooming appointment here. Rio was extremely detailed and gave professional recommendation for moving forward with grooming! 10/10 Experience. I mean, Just look at that face!!

We sure love Woof Gangs groomer Rio. He does an awesome job on both my pups. Scrimshaw is a Pomeranian/Mini Aussie mix he’s deaf and Sadie is a Mini Aussie with a cloudy eye. He takes special care of them always asking how I want them groomed. Telling me how they did when I pick them up.

Gosh Rio sure saved mine and my dog Flints day. I spend a lot of time on Flints coat with him having a double show coat. He can may so easily. However my mistake in utilizing a groomer that just was not managing his coat correctly during grooms for the last year. It happened so fast his undercoat completely knotted. I was able to make an appointment with them online but I also called. They got me in earlier and put me on a wait list. Rio called and asked if I could come earlier. I felt terrible the shape Flints coat was in but I was met with only grace. Flint is also sensitive and reactive and I only use positive methods on him. Rio really listened to me and took amazing care of Flint. His coat is totally different now and I feel back on track! Flint was also not stressed and enjoyed the

Chrissy did an amazing job grooming Tootsie and Skittles! From start to finish, she was professional, patient, and so sweet with both of them. They came home looking absolutely adorable, clean, and smelling so fresh. You can truly tell she cares about the dogs and takes pride in her work. Tootsie and Skittles were happy and comfortable, and that means everything to me. I highly recommend Chrissy if you’re looking for someone who will treat your fur babies like her own. We will definitely be back! 🐾✨

My dog is an old man and can be nervous in grooming salons, I decided to try Woof Gang since it's a little smaller. I was really impressed before my dog was even groomed. I messed up the scheduling and showed up a day too early, but they worked me in and even offered to groom my dog that day (later) but I didn't have time. They booked me for today instead. The store is very clean and smells nice. It's also quieter compared to larger chain salons. My dog doesn't have long hair, so in the past when I've taken him to get a bath, he comes out still kind of wet like they rushed through his service. Today he smelled amazing, was dry, and he wasn't freaking out like he normally would. Isabella did amazing and we will be coming back :)
