we brought our two puppies here, they are less than a year old and have gotten several haircuts. this was the first time we came here and we were left very unsatisfied. they called and informed us that our dogs had matted hair and that it was going to be “cut down short”, not naked which is what happened to our dogs. when inspecting further we saw that they had patchy hair on their legs and that the nails were not cut yet we were still charged for it within the service? i called and was told that the groomer was new and that since she works on commission we were not entitled to a full refund. we were offered to bring the dogs back but why should i have to bring the dogs back when they should have been groomed properly the first time!!? wouldn’t recommend

I received the best service from Samara, who helped me find the best toy for my dog. I didn’t really know what I wanted to get, but, after helping by asking the breed and then other details, she aided me in picking the perfect toy for my dog. Thank you Samara for helping my dog find her new favorite toy!

My puppy is allergic to chicken. Please take time and look at ingredients in your fur babies food. CHICKEN is in everything. The employee that helped said her dog has same problem. I never heard of it until Sky. She shared all kinds of helpful things she does with her fur babies. So we are excited to have some hope to do best of our dogs. And we will be back.

I had such a wonderful experience at Pet Supplies Plus in Concord (off Concord Parkway), and I especially want to recognize Ash (short for Ashlyn) for going truly above and beyond. She was incredibly sweet, kind, and attentive from start to finish. Ash took the time to personally walk me to the dog food I needed, offered thoughtful and knowledgeable recommendations for cat food, and was just genuinely caring the entire time. She even offered to let me see one of the jumping spiders up close which was such a thoughtful touch. Great shopping experience! Primary reason for my visit to Pet Supplies Plus was to pick up a muzzle for my terrier mix dog. Sales clerk helped me find the muzzles, got last one on the hanger that had a very low price, but it was actually quite a bit higher when checking out at the register. To my surprise she honored the shelf price even though the tag was for a different product!!! That’s the best Customer Service I think I’ve ever had anywhere! Highly recommend you give them your business!
