PetSmart

I have come to this store twice and I have had a bad experience. They treated me badly today. I came to change my dog's food because he didn't like it and wants to make a transition. The receipt says the policy is that all items must be inside the bag and with the original park. It doesn't say if it is open. You can't change it. I have an account at the store and yet the person, the manager, and a cashier closed the store to tell me that I couldn't return it when they are breaking the store's policy. I can't even give one star rating because the treatment I received was terrible.

This the most convenient store in my area. Last night I replenished food,accessories for maintenance of my aquariums.

Not many pet stores around these days! I think this is a very good PetSmart location. Recommend for service and product availability especially for dogs and cats and all diets. We have used nail clipping services as well for cats and they did a good job..

Came to purchase a pet but they told me to come back another day because they didn't feel like selling any animals today. As I was leaving one of the female associates said "don't worry, it'll still be here the next time you come." Ofc the animals will still be there because staff is lazy to help customers.

Whitney in the grooming center did soooo good with my Albert! Will return just for her. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
