The absolute worst for saltwater fish. They stand on their policy of no returns for anything salt but most things bought @ the Middletown, DE location dies within days. My water quality is perfect. Even had a manager say that their vendor isn’t very good. Such a waste of time and money.

Dear Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience I recently had while attempting to return an item at one of your stores. I understand that the item I brought in was slightly past the official return date. However, it was a Christmas gift I had purchased for my wife because we are preparing to welcome a new dog into our family, and the collar and leash reminded me of the breed we will be getting. I brought the item back with the original receipt and simply asked if it would be possible to receive store credit. Unfortunately, the associates assisting me, Amanda and Alison, were very rude and showed little understanding of the situation. Rather than trying to help or offer any flexibility, the interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily confrontat

The store was very well stocked and had a little something for everyone regarding merchandise and prices. The store smelled good and did not have an odor of urine and was very clean. The employee at the register was very pleasant and friendly, providing excellent service.

I called the store Thursday evening to ask if they had a prescription Hills formula dog food in stock. Vincent answered all my questions and assured me they had ample stock since we would be driving up from Georgetown to pick it up. He suggested I call again in the morning to confirm I still wanted the kibble since he put a bag aside for me. Jeff took my call and held two larger bags for us. Both Vincent and Jeff were very pleasant, patient and made a great impression of this store and the PETCO company. My wife drove up to pick up the food Friday afternoon and everyone was friendly and helpful from the hospital where our prescription was confirmed, through the checkout line where curbside pickup of the two large bags was suggested and arranged. We commend the management of this store for

12 mins late due to dog refusing to come in the store and they cancel appointment . called manager and was told or she was 15 mins late . how is that possible when i am calling and it’s 3:00 pm and my daughter arrived at 2:53 . Take your dog to pet smart instead they at least show some grace
