Clean animal reception room. Tech Jordan was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and kind to my cat. Dr Beckworth was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my concerns and impressed me to the point of wanting to continue my cat’s veterinary care at Banfield.

I’ve been taking my dog to Banfield since he was a puppy, and I’m extremely disappointed with the level of care he received. My dog has had severe skin allergies his entire life, and Banfield’s only solution was to put him on medication that made his symptoms manageable at best. They told me that was all they could really do. Later, he started having recurring UTIs. They treated him with antibiotics and said to come back if it happened again. When it did, I mentioned that his relatives had prostate issues and that might be the cause. They offered an X-ray and told me his prostate was slightly enlarged and minor arthritis but “normal for his age,” and nothing to worry about. I decided to have him neutered to help prevent future prostate problems, trusting their judgment. A few months late

I’ve taken both of my cats here and I just love it! They give your pet whatever they need quickly but carefully instead of dragging on the appointment for hours. I got there around 10:00am and left by 11:00am, my pet wasn’t unreasonably stressed or anything! I will always pick Banfield over any other vet without thinking twice! Keep up the good work!

hello, whoever they have working outbound calls to confirm appts in the morning on 01/09/2026 i hope the calls are recorded and monitored and reviewed. By far thee worst customer service i have ever received at banfield and i’ve been to several different locations in several different states with my fur baby and have never been spoken to that way. Not only did the woman keep talking over me, they did not “allow me” to book an in person apt at a later date after i HAD to do a drop off apt when i originally booked an in person apt online. which according to thee pet insurance plan that’s $90/month it states UNLIMITED doctor’s visits. How ever many times i decide to see my pet’s veterinarian is up to my discretion not a receptionist that isn’t picking up the tab. After SHE told me that i was

Seen my Aussie had a spot on her leg, which we did not know if it was a hot spot or not. Our main vet is closed today so we called the banfeild animal hospital located in petsmart in Afton Ridge. I told them about the spot, she would not answer a single question I had without bringing her in. So we got in the car and drove there. We walk in see the worker behind the counter and tell her this is our first Puppy and we don’t know what to do and we were told to bring her in. The lady would not give us any advice and said we don’t do walk ins and I have to make an appointment. She wouldn’t even say if I need to be worried abt it, or if there is some medication I could get to hold our puppy over till we can get an appointment. It is very obvious this Animal hospital doesn’t care about your dog
