Zoom Room Dog Training - Springfield

🐾🐕‍🦺 I’ve been bringing my puppy Manjoo to Zoom Room Dog Training in Springfield since November, and I’ve had a great experience overall. From the beginning, Keith was very helpful in explaining the different types of classes they offer and walking me through what the typical training process and progression would look like for a puppy. That really helped me feel confident getting started. We began with the obedience level classes, and Manjoo has learned many commands quite quickly. He’s still working on a few, but more importantly, I’ve learned how to communicate better with him and guide his behavior, which I think is the real goal of training. Great experience via email text and phone. Was so impressed. I signed up for my dog Shamrock right away. Julia answered all my questions and clearly is passionate about client and pet service. During a free orientation I also got to see a private and group training session. I was encouraged by what I saw. I am planning on some obedience training and agility work for my hound.

Zoom Room has been a great training start for me and my puppy Jackson … getting him started on training as a puppy with zoom room has been great. I especially love their flexible schedules and the way the training modules are laid out… definitely check them out!!

The trainer was patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and had a natural ability to connect with my puppy in a way that made learning fun and confidence‑building. What has impressed me most is the remarkable progress I’ve seen in my puppy since we started—especially impulse control. Each session felt purposeful, and the trainer provided clear, actionable guidance I could practice at home.

We took our 2 year old rescue beagle for his first training class, and Talia was terrific. He’s a very good boy, but because he was in a shelter before we adopted him, he is very social with other dogs and has a hard time focusing. Talia gave us some great ideas and concepts to work on.
