Olde Towne Pet Resort

With complete confidence and based on years of great experience, I take my 10 yr old terrier Toby to OTPR-Springfield whenever my husband and I have travelled out of town and another family member is unavailable to stay. The staff and management are all conscientious, kind and competent. They ask questions, check him over before admitting him or other dogs, correctly administers any meds to him and call us if any concerns. We provide Toby’s food for his stay which they measure and feed him. They even had a Halloween party for the dogs when he stayed last Fall ;) . He has always enjoyed the day camp though as he grows older he watches more from the sidelines. Highly recommend OTPR- Springfield.

I went in for a 1st time groom and Vicky did an amazing job! I’ve taken my girl to numerous great reviewed places and never once has the groomer come out to talk to me before the haircut to see how I want it. It was always through the front desk person. Vicky even took a photo of the photo I showed her and she nailed it. And while I was there I asked for an unscheduled tour of the place, and could not believe how clean the building was and how it did not reek of animals. Especially since they can fit 200+ dog and cats. I was blown away. And since then I’ve now enrolled my girl in the daycare and Rosie loves it. When they come to take her back I don’t even exist anymore. She loves it! And it’s so nice to be able to look in on her with the web cameras. I can’t recommend this place enough. I

The staff is wonderful and very caring! Milo loves his day camp and looks forward to it every day! When boarding, they provide the best care for him and I never have to worry. We love Olde Towne Pet Resort!

OTPR is hands down my go-to dog daycare. I’m always completely at ease leaving my dogs here because I know they’re genuinely cared for and treated like family. The staff is attentive, professional, and clearly loves what they do. I also really appreciate the added convenience of being able to schedule grooming and other services while my dogs are there, it truly makes OTPR a one-stop shop. I never have to worry, and my dogs always come back happy and well cared for. Highly recommend OTPR to anyone looking for a place they can trust with their pets.

The front desk and day care staff here are wonderful and take excellent care of my very energetic pup. I was a bit worried about her day camp evaluation given how excited she gets meeting new people and dogs, but somehow they found a way to integrate her to "the pack" with no issues. They really take the time to get to know your pet and what they need, and will keep you informed about how they are doing.
