Our pups have been patients of Dr. Lisa Osier Conroy for over 20 years. She and the staff are kind, knowledgeable and the best in providing medical care and behavioral guidance. Know that your fur kids will be in good hands at Pet Medical Center of Springfield.

The staff is kind, always answered our questions, but the quality of care is not worth the price. We’ve been bringing both our cats here for years. It’s always just been routine check ups, vaccinations, that sort of thing. And to be honest I always thought they were charging a lot for those. The moment one of our cats actually had a real problem, no one here knew what to do. We brought him in about 6 times, spent thousands of dollars, all while our cat was suffering from a debilitating skin condition for 5 months. I had the mind to finally take him to another vet in the area who was able to diagnose him on the FIRST visit. My cat is getting treated for pemphigus now and is feeling much better. The other vet ordered a biopsy and began treatment right when we brought him in. I’m just confus

My family and I have been part of this practice for over 20 years. We worked closely with Dr. Rosenbluth, who was truly incredible. He was compassionate and kind to my family and our dogs, and always tried to make himself accessible - if not in person, via phone or email. Unfortunately since Dr. Rosenbluth has retired, the emphasis on compassion is no longer synonymous with Pet Medical Center of Springfield. I called last week after my dog had 3 episodes of throwing up blood, asking if there was ANY way she could be seen. I was not met with compassion; I was not met with "we'll find a way to squeeze her in." Instead, I was told "we only have one doctor here today." When I asked if I could at least talk to the doctor on the phone to determine my next steps, the person at the front desk tol

I have been bringing my cats to Pet Medical Center of Springfield for 9 years and have always had wonderful experiences. Today, however, Dr. Christine Ku went over and above. My poor kitty had dislocated or broken her mandible. Unfortunately they can’t treat her at this facility, but Dr. Ku called oral surgeons throughout VA, MD, and PA to find one that could accept my cat. Dr. Ku also provided pain meds and antibiotics to help my cat until she could get into surgery. Dr. Ku and the team here are truly compassionate and caring!

Staff is so kind but doctors really need a reality check, unfortunately will never return! Do not let the good reviews fool you. Terrible management equals terrible pet care. Do better.
