NO STARS: THEY DIDNT CARE WHEN MY DOG DIED. DISGUSTED AND SADDENED BY THIS ABHORRENT LACK OF RESPECT FOR MY FUR BABY'S LIFE. My beloved dog, Maxie, received accupuncture treatment from DR KOCEN for cancer-related pain before she passed away. This was several yrs ago, but I'm sharing now because their callousness still upsets me. I called their office to cancel my dog's next appointment because my poor baby had crossed the Rainbow Bridge. I was crying when I left the voice-mail message for them. Even in my grief, I did them the courtesy of leaving a message to cancel Maxie's appointment. I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK TO EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE MY CALL RE: MY DOG"S PASSING, or to EXPRESS SYMPATHY OR CONCERN. THIS, AFTER SPENDING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WITH THIS PRACTICE. VHC and in particular Dr Kocen have provided exemplary care for our aging dog Max. Highly recommend

Although I’m not a client here, the staff at this clinic are extremely kind and professional. I reached out for advice about my Rottweiler, who is highly sensitive to many flea and tick medications, and they went above and beyond to offer helpful recommendations. If they provide this level of care and support to someone just calling in, I can only imagineeee the exceptional service they offer to their clients and their beloved pets! :D

My 14.5 year old Bedlington has been receiving accupuncture here for the last couple of months. Care and treatment are thoughful and worth both the drive and the $$$
