On Nov 11, I took my male cat in for urinary issues and they immediately took him back to check for a blockage, before I even had any paper work filled out. Thankfully, he wasn't blocked. I knew if he wasn't blocked, and therefore not emergent, it would take awhile. I'm fine with waiting at ER's, understanding the most critical are priority. Dr Drum was wonderful. She took the time to explain everything and answer any questions. Salem is a sweet boy, but he is a former feral who doesn't handle car rides, vet visits, or receiving medication very well. Dr Drum has been amazingly helpful and responsive via email as we continue to monitor Salem and discuss options to proceed if necessary. Terrible customer service. My dog was seen there on a Wednesday by a “not in service provider”. Information that was withheld at the time of visit. I inquired to continue treatment and they wanted me to pay for another full exam as a new patient because she was not seen by a “staff provider”. When trying to explain this to their staff, aggressive escalation of the matter was the result. Staff did nothing to correct their behavior. Side note, their prices are high shopping around is suggested.

Absolutely do not bring your pets here. My experience was a complete mess. I went in for a simple Panacur refill for my dog, and they handed me only 4 packets, enough for 2 days, when he needed a full 6-day course. The directions on the bag didn’t match the amount given, and when I pointed it out, the staff seemed confused and dismissive — I had to catch the mistake myself. Pricing is inconsistent and unnecessarily inflated, with smaller packets costing nearly 3x more per gram, and staff refused a reasonable request to provide the more cost-effective option. On top of that, the vet (Dr. Fenell) herself seemed anxious and paranoid, unnecessarily muzzling my calm, non-aggressive dog and making the whole visit uncomfortable. I brought my cat in after almost a year of struggling with his food and overall health and the vet was so attentive, she took the time to go ingredient by ingredient and we finally landed on something that could work. One month later and my baby is a whole different cat! No vomit or diarrhea in a over a month after getting sick every couple days for a year!
