My 4 1/2 month old Shih Tzu puppy Rocco got his first groom with Christina. She did an awesome job with my feisty little boy! She was very patient with him, giving him a few breaks along the way! I highly recommend her for even the youngest pups🐶

What a cute place. We had our dog and was looking for a new harness. She's about 7 pounds and always so hard to find a harness for her. The owner/manager? Was so helpful and so was the crew. We ended up finally finding a place that had harnesses for small dogs. I wish they had a leapord style but we bought a red one and she looks adorable. It was a bit pricey but the quality of the harness was great. We don't mind spending more money when the quality is there and this place had it. They have a great assortment of things and lots of treats for your pet!!!

Loved bringing Bobby here! Danielle was attentive and nurturing to our nervous fur baby. He was getting pretty scruffy with us being on the road waiting to move into our forever home. He got some much needed pampering and is already booked for his next visit! Dec. 8/25…3rd visit to see Danielle. Now she’s transferring to new Middleton location and we look forward to visiting her there!

I am consistently impressed with the professionalism and care at this grooming salon. The attention to detail in my standard poodle’s coat is remarkable—each visit leaves her looking elegant, healthy, and happy. The staff is knowledgeable about breed-specific grooming and truly passionate about their craft. It’s clear they take pride in providing a calm, clean, and loving environment for every dog. Highly recommend to any poodle parent who wants top-tier grooming and exceptional service!

Used to love this store and the customer service. My dogs always came out looking great, and the staff were warm and friendly. But the last couple of months has had a total shift. Since they started prepping and opened the new location, it’s been different faces almost every time I’m there and the associates are standoffish. My husband and I both noticed it on separate visits while we were both alone. I’ve also noticed every time I went in for an appointment, when dropping the dog off they tell you the price has gone up. Nearly every time. They don’t advise when they call to confirm or send notification through email or text. Just tell you the day of. Lastly I’ve been having difficulty with one of my dogs who seems to be more anxious than she had been in the past after we had to miss an ap
