We love the grooming at this PetSmart! We scheduled with John (weight limit) and he did an amazing job! Took such great care of our boy and will wil be back to schedule with John often!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience with PetSmart at 3667 Wedgewood Ln, The Villages, FL! My fur baby Murphy had a bath and brush service, and he looks fantastic. The washer was kind, patient, and did a wonderful job — Murphy came back clean, soft, and happy. The staff was professional, and everything was easy and stress-free. I’ve been a Petco customer for years, but I realized I was overpaying, and after this experience I’m happy to say I’ll now be a PetSmart customer. Very pleased with everything and highly recommend!

Had 11:30 appointment my waited 35 minutes for her to come and get my dog by then she has a collapsed trachea and was not wanting to be there, if they would of took her at her appointment time she would of been ok, they refused to do her because of her breathing. I get her groomed all the time and had no problems, will not go back to pet smart!

I've had several great experiences with this pet store. They have a trainer named Kai who trained two of my blue boys a few years apart. They have been two of the most well-behaved pups I've ever owned. Kai's Corso knowledge was unprecedented. Whenever I come in the store, she always says hi. On the store side, Haven has always been super helpful with recommendations and helping me find the products I need. These two definitely make this store worthwhile.

Hi everyone! Meet Harley! Harley had the distinction of having worked with Jon! He's your new trainer in The Villages PetSmart! He is amazing! He turned this rambunctious crazy puppy into a great dog and companion. I don't know what I would have done without him! He genuinely cares about his clients, and their four legged family members. He was so patient with this one. She was a hot mess when she came to him. Now she listens, walks lose leash, and even does tricks. You are all about to have the best trainer you'll ever know. He's great as a one in one trainer, as well as in group settings. Our loss is truly your gain! You'll love him as much we all do! He will be sorely missed here and we will be hard pressed to find someone as qualified and caring as Jon.
