Colony Plaza Animal Hospital

This was my first time here. I loved the friendly staff and clean office. I had an appointment and did not need to wait more than 5 minutes. Dr. Jon Smith was great with Millie and he knew exactly what her condition was and explained everything. I would definitely recommend your fur babies to be in their care. Reasonable prices and sincere care; it’s an excellent combination for me. I already made an appointment for my other pup to have her annual visit.

My dobie Raven needed to have a tumor removed, and I was so nervous because we just moved to town. So her first experience with a new vet was basically surgery. Everyone in the office is amazing, she was well taken care of, and I can tell Raven approves 🩷

I am new to Florida and have a six-year-old Cockapoo named Archie, and was looking for a new veterinarian for him. Archie had been scratching incessantly after living here for a couple of months. I thought it must’ve been allergies, or something to do with the new environment and possibly the Florida grass. I was giving him medicated baths that gave him some relief, but after a day or two, he was back to nonstop scratching. I did a fair amount of online research, and I read pros and cons on many of the animal hospitals in the area. I chose Colony Plaza Animal Hospital, and was very satisfied with their service, as well as Archie’s treatment. Their technician Kelley was the first to see Archie, and she was great with him. Just moved here 3 weeks ago and needed to get my dog connected with a local Veterinarian. I'm so happy we chose this one. Our Vet was very knowledgeable and we came, our dog was seen and we left within 45 minutes.

I have taken two of my three kitties in for vaccinations and I must compliment the staff at Colony for getting my pets into the exam room and seen by the Veterinarian in a timely manner. We all know how anxious our pets get at the doctor’s office. Mine were handled well and with as little stress as possible. I have one more cat, a bit more hyper, to go and I expect the visit to go smoothly. My last Vet kept my cat waiting in the exam room for an hour just for a vaccine and we finally left and found another veterinary office.
