Excellent customer service from Laurie! That seems to be a lost art unfortunately. Laurie helped me find everything I needed for a large and important project. I'm posting a picture start to finish. A large dog carrier turned into a large macaw traveler for people who can't find reliable people to care for their birds🦜🦜🦜💗‼️ Great store, highly recommend!!

Hello Petco, When I opened the bag of dog food I noticed that there were bugs in it. I searched online and saw that it isn’t completely rare, but I would like a reimbursement. Much appreciation to Kaina and Emily. I brought my 3 babies in and they made time to groom 2 out of 3 of the dogs. In fairness, I was a walk in. The were busy but managed to get me in. What I appreciated the most was how sweet they were talking to my furbabies while their nails were being trimmed. Thank you for taking care of my “kids”

I have NO idea how this store has any good reviews. I have been here multiple times for small things here and there or just to come look and every time it’s the same story. First I want to start by saying that I had called in advance just to make sure they had crickets (my local Petstore was out). The first time I got someone on the phone a man answered and said hello, I asked “is this is the villages location?” Then the guy literally hung up on me. So I called again and a women answered I asked the same question to make sure I called the correct store, then I asked they had any crickets in stock. She sounded so annoyed with me for even calling the store, she was very rude just didn’t want to talk on the phone I guess. Then I head over there and start looking around before I asked for cric

I love my local store! It’s always clean and well stocked, and the staff is very helpful. I had to ask the name of the woman who always goes out of her way and is so knowledgeable I would trust her with any pet advice she has to give - it’s Julie Duckett she is a superstar!
