My fiancé and I took our basset hounds to Wash My Dog for the first time yesterday, and we had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly kind and informative, taking the time to explain that, since it was our dogs’ first visit, they would focus on acclimating them and making them as comfortable as possible. When we picked them up, they were the cleanest we’ve ever seen them - so soft, shiny, and, best of all, full of happy energy, as if they genuinely enjoyed their bath. We couldn’t recommend this place more! The team truly cared for our dogs, and it showed ~

I was trying to schedule an appointment to groom my dog as a first time customer. I originally had an appointment and received a call that they had to cancel. I received many calls from them to reschedule but due to the holiday was unable. I called back to make an appointment and was told my deposit was no longer valid. They noted I had missed my appointment. I responded I never made a another appointment. I was speaking with a manager and sadly there was no effort to resolve the mistake. I shared this is poor customer service and I never made a appointment and wanted to be treated fairly. I told the manager this was poor customer service and asked who the owner was? With her lack of communication skills she hung up on me. I tried to support a local business and feel miss treated take

Absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service at this pet grooming haven! From the moment I walked in, the warm and friendly staff made my furry friend and me feel right at home. The affordability was a pleasant surprise, and meeting the owner was the cherry on top – such a sweet and wonderful person. The genuine love and care for animals radiate from every team member. A truly delightful experience; I can't recommend this place enough for its outstanding service, reasonable prices, and a team that goes above and beyond to make both pets and their owners happy!

Amazing friendly customer service extremely helpful. As we didn’t have an appointment the receptionist in the front desk is awesome she allowed us to go in as walk ins. The environment is very welcoming and clean.The ambience is very calming for dogs with anxiety. The technician was super gentle / sweet with my senior dog. Dr.Snookie came back looking even more beautiful than she is. She was all Smiles. Thank you so much for being patient as well as gentle with Dr.Snookie. Overall experience was excellent.
