Sylmar Grooming

Took both of my dogs to Sylmar Grooming and had a great experience! They were affordable, fast, and super friendly. I dropped them off at 9am and they were ready to go by noon — perfect timing and no waiting around all day. The staff is a mix of sweet, friendly older groomers and enthusiastic younger helpers who you can tell really love animals and care about their work. My dogs were very fluffy and dirty going in, and they came out clean, soft, and smelling amazing. They even gave each of them a cute little scarf after their haircut, which was such a nice touch. Overall, really happy with the service — great value, great treatment, and my pups look adorable. Definitely recommend and will be returning!

don’t take your doggies here. You can definitely get a much better price somewhere else else where they do care for your pets. Not only did they confuse our baby with someone else’s dog, if it hadn’t been for my son we would’ve taken someone’s dog by accident! They didn’t even have our baby ready, calling me and being stingy by saying our dog was finished already. They also didn’t bathe her which okay but still would’ve been nice. Not coming again.

If I could give this place a -5 star review I would! I am sooooo upset and disappointed with my dogs hair cut. If you want your dog traumatized and physically hurt then come here! To start off they left bald spot patches on his back and stomach. They didn’t even trim his nails when they said “they did”. They burned his ear and trimmed it unevenly. Oh they also left a huge cut on his ear, this explains why he was crying after his hair cut. Honestly a 5 year old would’ve done a better job cutting my dog’s hair! The people that did this to my dog need to be fired ASAP! But like I said if you want to pay for your fur babies to suffer then I would definitely come here!

Don't even think to take your dog to this place they have no compasión for dogs, i took my dog for grooming and they mutilated my dog's thumb causing him to loose balance and unable to ever be normal dog again, he couldnt stand up by him self 😢, no money can't pay for the damage and they were so careless about it. My dog never was able to stand up and eat his food without falling and loosing balance. They are dangerously careless butchers.

They always do a great job. They call me as soon as my dogs are ready. They are usually finished with both dogs in under 2 hours. They are reasonably priced as well.
