I’m writing this as a former customer who once trusted Pucci Pets with our dog, Kiko. For months, we brought him in believing he was in safe, caring hands. After what happened this past Christmas, that trust is completely gone — and we will never be back. Kiko does have anxiety and can be high-energy, and we’ve always been upfront about that. Any professional groomer has the option to decline service if a dog is too stressed or difficult on a particular day. Instead, Monica chose to keep him for nearly eight hours — from late morning to early evening — while sending multiple messages complaining about his behavior rather than communicating solutions or asking us to pick him up sooner. Waooooo what a great job Monica did!!! I didn't recognized my baby!!! 😍😍😍 Really recommend Pucci Pets if you love your dog. They took their time but the result was fantastic!!! And also Monica was very nice and look like she loves her job and doggies. Very very happy new customer.

Photo #1 was my baby girl before I brought her to this horrible unprofessional place. The other 2 photos was how I got her out of the place. I paid her $95 dollars for destroying my baby’s beaitiful hair. Even I show her a couple of pictures and I spoke to her in Spanish (she requested me to explain her in Spanish) that I wanted her not too short not too long but similar to the pictures. She said ok and she will be ready in 3-4 hours, I said no worries just call me when she is ready. I dropped her off at 10:40 am. Around 2:45 I called her and she said she was not even started with her and she said she will call me in 20 minutes. She didn't call me. Around 3:50 she called me. I went there and I was in shock when I saw my baby with her horrible very short hair without style.I just paid her

I highly recommend this place. My dog was well taken care of. Monica is super sweet and takes her time to do her job. You honestly pay what you get for! So if your willing to pay a little more it’s worth it. Thank you Monica! I loved it! 😊
