VCA Glasgow Animal Hospital

This review is updated- The staff were always friendly and accommodating. The vet Dr McGregor is outstanding. He constantly followed up through phone calls on any issues our dog was having. Even calling outside of office hours. You can tell they really love fur babies and always treated my dog as if he was their own. When sadly our dog couldn’t recover from his illness we were treated with such kindness, patience and compassion. We were touched when we later received a hand written card signed by each individual in the practice. This really meant a lot to us.

My visit was great! They got me in same day for the appointment and my wait time was very fast. This place was lovely! I was not pushed to purchase anything outside of my budget. They took care of my girl, Roxy and even followed up through text to check on her, definitely recommend! Also got a goody bag :)

VCA Glasgow is hands down the best location. We’ve been going to them for 9.5 years and they took care of my baby until the very end🥺thank you to all the staff that participated in Wally’s life, you guys were truly a blessing💜until next time

Everything about this place reeks of network ownership. Was left with our dog in a closet of an examination room for what seemed like forever. Vet had next to zero bedside manner barely said hello to my dog after a 25 minute wait. Didn't explain anything to me and was left alone for another 15 minutes to wait on what he declared was an estimate. Not a prognosis or explanation that would be delivered by someone else that obviously hadn't even seen my dog. The vet came back in again and said it would be a little longer before someone came back at which point I said Diego was having a horrid experience and if anyone was actually going to come soon because he was having a really tough time. To which he declared isn't everyone and wouldn't we all like to leave quickly. That passive aggres

Our first visit was exceptional. The receptionist made me feel so welcome and comfortable from the minute she answered the phone. The vet tech was amazing with my cat. My cat was a stray we had taken care of for 10 years before getting her comfortable enough to come live in the house. She had never been to a real vet appointment. She was so scared. The vet tech was so kind and gentle with her. When the vet came in he was also great with her. My cat was sick and the vet gave me extra care options for her but specifically said "no pressure" and I know he meant it. They made me feel like I was a long time client they really knew. I felt like they not only really cared about my cat but me as well. The whole experience could not have been any better.
