Loving Touch Animal Clinic

Recently got a new puppy and was looking for a good vet clinic for a from the breeder follow-up health check and wanted to establish a primary healthcare provider for him. Ended up at Loving Touch at the recommendation of family puppy owners and was very impressed. From Reception to the Technicians to the Doctor. All were professional, easy to talk to in a clean, caring environment. My boy Bo got a clean bill of health and now has his own primary healthcare clinic. Looking forward to his next follow up visit.

I’m new to the area with an older, well traveled dog. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get in with the vet closest to me so I searched online for other options. Loving Touch Animal Clinic’s website was easy to use. I requested an appointment online and got a call back same day with an appointment scheduled the very next week. I got an email and text reminder of my appointment the day prior. I was able to email my pets medical history paperwork easily which they uploaded to his file. The instructions in the text reminder ask for you to call the office upon arrival so as not to crowd the office and ensure each animal has a waiting room. My dog was experiencing what I thought was an emergency, our vet couldn’t fit us in until later in the day so I called around and found loving touch, they offered drop in hours where I could take my dog and they would check on her in between scheduled appointments, I really love that they offered that! I also found them to be significantly cheaper than my vet and surrounding vets. They explained everything so throughly and made sure I understood. Everyone was so nice and the office was clean. Great location, Easy to find and easy parking.

I took my kitty to the Loving Touch vet clinic Elkton, MD office this past week for the first time. What a great team they have there. The staff, tech, and the vet were all very friendly, and seemed to really care about my cat Polly Ann. Nothing was rushed. Everything was explained to me clearly. Options were offered. Prices were transparent and very reasonable. What a great, overall, experience. I believe Polly Ann has found a new, local vet office. (Polly Ann just fist bumped me).
