PetSmart Grooming

We just had our Goldendoodle groomed at Petsmart. Sarah did a absolutely amazing job on her! We are so happy with how our Gracie looks! We will definitely be using Sarah in the future!

They shaved my husky!!!!! Grooming 101 for a double coated dog is to never shave. Registered my dog for a bath and deshed when dropping him off I asked if they would take care of the hair between his toes and my beautiful all white husky came back with his tail , britches and belly shaved!!!! Will never ever go back here again!!!

I had my first and last experience at this PetSmart groomer today, and I left completely SHOOK.. From the second I walked in, the energy was hostile. Kate (I’m assuming manager?), didn’t greet me or my cat, didn’t make me feel at ease, and had zero professionalism. Instead, she was too busy loudly berating her coworkers in front of customers completely degrading them. When she finally acknowledged me, she grabbed my cat roughly without any care or kindness and immediately insisted he needed to be completely shaved without even assessing his coat properly. He only had a couple of knots on his belly, so I politely asked why a full shave was necessary, not to question her but simply to understand. Took my appointment the day of and saved the day. Very polite staff!!
