Concord Pet Foods & Supplies isn’t our go-to anymore for dog food since we moved but we went to this location for years. They have a strong selection and it’s always convenient when you need something specific. It’s a great place to browse and pick up something special for our furry friends at home.

The shop is decent. I love they have adoptable cats there where you can pet and love on, but you walk in and the workers are on their phones and pay no mind to anyone. Also, we had asked the workers how they aren't 100% distracted with the adoptable cats, just to get a "we actually don't give much attention to the cats".. what? That's heart breaking.

Nothing against them, they are very nice in there but the prices are crazy. Can’t wrap my head around it. 7 lb bag is $25.99 here but $19 at Petco. Petco also matches the deals on their app. Lesson learned but again, very good customer service. If money wasn’t an issue, I’d go here.

Every time I go here to pick up an order items are not available or the barcodes can't be scanned. Always a hassle. My recent experience wasn't the greatest. The one employee with glasses who usually helps me is awesome but was busy. The new kid that works there his Phone is more important and doesnt care to leave the counter to show you exactly where something is at. The set up in that store is a bit weird. Why not keep the dog treats near the rawhide. Keep food items with food items. Instead treats are across from shampoo. Customers shopping online are picking items from inventory they dont have. Not picking up orders from there anymore even if it pays well.

The manager and staff at the Redmill store are AMAZING!!!! We found a product at another store that our rabbit loves. After bringing the package into the manager, he ordered for us the 2 flavors our rabbit loves the most! And reasonably priced!
