Value Vet- By Appointment

Ended up with this sweet boy after my coworker found him rummaging in her trash. Was able to take him here to establish care, schedule a neuter and get his ears checked out. It was an easy no fuss appoint. The Vet and Vet tech were both very helpful!

I was so pleased with Value Vet’s service, facility and over all customer experience. I used them for the first time this summer for my dog’s annual check up. There was no pressure or upsell, they let me choose the vaccines I wanted for my dog, and suggested we start with the lower cost treatment for a recurring ear infection. We will be back next year! It still smells like a vet. I took this picture at the beginning of our first appointment. My dog was dreading it. But by the end, after having his ears cleaned and getting treats and love from the staff, he was happy. When we went back a month later, he was much more relaxed and happy to be there.

Update: 4 years later - still the best vet I Ever had in 20 years! Thank you for helping me in my animal emergencies! This place have Never let me down! In 4 years with my cat and dog. Best ever! This vet finally gave my dog ear meds that cured what he had even though my previous vet gave him numerous other ones! Also i almost paid half the price for his yearly visit with vaccines! I am really happy & don't get why my other vet bills where so large! Do your dog & wallet a favor & switch to this clinic!

Great staff, convenient location, really happy with having my beloved kitty be cared for here. Thank you for everything your vets do! Edit-tried to go and schedule my yearly appointment for my cat. Was on hold for 15 minutes after a third phone call. The lady said that there were no more appointments in March. I had to be put on a waiting list for an April appointment and most importantly the falls Church location was temporarily closed because of understaffing. I’ll have to wait and see if I can get in the McLean office, but note-this location is not open at the moment. I’m very disappointed they’ve been so good to me in the past. I will be looking for a new vet in Falls Church.

Just used their services for dental cleaning at Falls Church location . Couldn't be more satisfied. Friendly professional and reasonable. My 12 year old dog needed two extractions as well. They kept me informed on her progress. Excellent service.
