Absolutely love Capital pet Sitters! The walker i have for my dog is incredible and kind and my dog adores her. Its so comforting having such a kind and reliable person to walk your pet. Everyone I've interacted with has been so kind and helpful. 10/10 would recommend using them.

We have had a wonderful experience with using Capital Petsitters to take care of our two cats. The website is very easy to use and allows for you to choose a time window for each visit. We have had trouble with other services that had "AM" and "PM" visits and the times when our cats were fed was extremely variable. With Capital Petsitters, we have chosen the window of time and out cat sitter is there within that window each time. A big shout out to Rebecca who has been our usual sitter, she is very good with the cats and sends the picture updates to the website. She has even gotten our unfriendly cat to warm up to her (this is a huge feat). She is also very pro-active and knows how to work out litter robot (also a bit of a feat). I found Capital Petsitters after recently moving and needing a cat sitter for holiday travel. My cat is a bit prickly but she warmed up to Colleen pretty quickly! The daily updates were helpful and I love being able to see pictures from each visit. Our trip ended up getting extended due to weather and it was such a relief to be able to add an extra visit and know that my cat was in good hands. I will definitely be a repeat customer for future trips.

We were worried about leaving our rabbits and being able to find someone to take care of them while we're away, but we've booked with Capital Pet Sitters many times and have been very pleased with the service! Cristina has been our sitter for every visit, and it gave us peace of mind to be able to meet her in person before the first visit and walk her through our routine! Capital Petsitters has been great with our dog, Raven. They are reliable and easy to use with their online platform for booking walks, seeing walk reports (with photos!) and making any changes to bookings. We’ve also used their overnight service when we are out of town, and they cover everything we need - staying overnight with our dog, talking her on walks and caring for her like we would when we are away. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dog walker / sitter in the area!
