I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice. Even before we arrived, We received helpful communications, including where to park, and the team made sure to gather all the necessary paperwork directly from our prior vet. My dog is reactive, and from the moment we walked through the doors, the staff was incredibly thoughtful about making sure he was comfortable and away from other animals. Dr. Galvin was warm and welcoming, took time to explain everything, and made me feel like a real partner in the decisions around my pet’s care. The little touches like having my dog’s name on a little sign in the exam room for reinforced the whole experience. The first day of their opening, my sweet old dog had an incident at the groomer's resulting in a huge cut into her ear. She wound up being rushed to Livewell where they ultimately took the very best care of her (and me, the worried dog mom)! Cannot recommend them highly enough. Top notch care and bedside manner and the sweetest team imaginable.

Dr. Galvan has been taking care of our dogs for years and we were thrilled to find her at the newly opened LiveWell Falls Church practice. Whether it is a routine exam or a more serious visit, Dr. Galvan always takes time to listen to your concerns and creates a care plan that feels personalized to your pet’s needs and medical history. We’ve had some medically-complex dogs over the years and we’ve always felt confident and supported in the care that Dr. Galvan provides. She is incredibly knowledgeable, transparent and kind—both to pets and their owners! One of my kittens, Baby, had an appointment on Feb 7. It was the greatest experience. Dr Galvan and her staff are magnificent. They made me feel like Baby really matter. They are so caring and their personal touch was unbelievable. I left my last doctor because they made me feel all that matter was the money I spent, not my pet.
