Cat Sitting by Susan LLC

We have used Cat Sitting By Susan eight times since we brought home our two kittens last year. Each time, we have been fortunate to have Haley as our cat sitter. She is truly wonderful and has known our cats since they were little kitties. They absolutely adore her and rush to meet her at the door when she arrives, and we are always so comforted to know they are in her care. Haley sends detailed written reports after every cat-sitting visit letting us know how the cats are doing that day and sends us photos (some from her are included below) and videos so we can see for ourselves. She feeds them (and makes sure our boy cat doesn’t steal his sister’s food), scoops the litter, plays with them, and gives them lots of love and attention. She is so thoughtful and has given them Christmas gifts

We used Cat Sitting by Susan for the first time this week when we went out of town for two days. We have two "special needs" cats we inherited after a death in the family, and we were hesitant to leave them. One cat needs insulin shots twice a day, and the other can be difficult to deal with -- she's been known to bite when she's not happy. The service we received from the sitter, Haley, was outstanding. The cats were well cared for and the litter boxes were well maintained. We will definitely use this service again.

My sitter Anna was amazing! I have one cat that needs insulin and the other is a very needy/clingy hairless cat and Anna took great care of them while I was on vacation. They loved her! I was worried my cats would hide (especially the one that gets insulin) but they were totally chill and seemed to love their visits. I love the daily pics and videos you get of your pets, the food, the litter box, etc (attached photos were some of the ones I was sent while I was away). I felt completely at ease knowing my cats were being well taken care of! I highly recommend Cat Sitting by Susan (and Anna!) and will definitely be using them again!

I've been using Catsitting by Susan to watch my cat when we travel for about 2.5 years. Their catsitters are fantastic. Our cat's usual sitter knows him very well and we trust her completely. Our cat recently had to go through surgery and needs daily medications. I am so grateful that we have the wonderful sitters here (especially Annie) to take care of him while we are gone! The sitters are great with the alarm system and send videos, pictures, and a report every visit.

We went out of town without our sweet kitties for the first time this weekend. Initially I was a bit nervous to leave them, but Cat Sitting by Susan did an outstanding job and put my mind at ease!! Our sitter, Annie, was absolutely amazing. She sent us videos, photos, and a written report/check-in each day to keep us updated on how the cats were doing. She is so sweet and clearly cares about the cats she’s sitting - after just a couple visits, even our shy kitty was greeting her at the door and wanting pets! She brought toys and played with the cats each day to keep them active - and also gifted us their favorite wand toy as a present! She even swept up the area around their ltiter box so that we had a clean place to come home to, which was much appreciated. Overall, I cannot recommend C
