This place is an absolute gem! The customer service is truly amazing. My cat needed emergency grooming due to a bad digestive upset, and after calling every place in Northern VA, no one was willing to squeeze him in—except her. She was the only one who said yes when I desperately needed help. The store itself is adorable, spotless, and even has a photography area. Upon arrival, the groomer thoroughly explained what she would be doing and had me fill out a new client form. She took my cat in right away and kept me updated throughout the process, just as she promised. She even let me know that she had to bathe him a second time after an accident he had. When I say she’s amazing, I truly mean it. She was an absolute lifesaver, and I’m beyond grateful for her care and compassion.

I’ve been bringing my dog Doxy here since they first opened, and I couldn’t be happier! The owner is so sweet, and the staff always takes amazing care of her. The place is spotless and beautifully kept. It’s such a joy to visit every time. We even got to do a complimentary photoshoot with Doxy, which was such a fun and thoughtful touch! The whole team truly goes above and beyond, and you can tell they love what they do. Compared to other grooming places in the area, their prices are so reasonable. Highly recommend! 💕🐾

Absolutely blown away by this grooming experience. The friendliness of the staff made me (and our furry family member) feel comfortable right away. Their professionalism and clear communication stood out from start to finish. They explained everything thoroughly and kept me updated. Most importantly, the actual grooming work was exceptional—my pet looks amazing and clearly felt well cared for (see before and after photo!). Truly a top-notch company that goes above and beyond. I brought my two-year-old Maltese, Ava, to Pets Charm for grooming for the first time, and we had such a wonderful experience! Stephanie at the front desk was incredibly sweet and kind, as was everyone else I interacted with. I was a little nervous at first since the grooming area is downstairs and I wasn’t sure how it was set up or how many other dogs would be there. But I stayed in the waiting room for most of the time, and everyone who came in to pick up their pets was so happy, the dogs were all adorable, and the cats were too! When Ava came out, she looked absolutely precious. She was matted going in, but she came out looking and feeling so happy and playful. The groomer was so gentle and kind with her. We’re really looking forward to going back.

I could not recommend enough! This was Zeus’s first time getting groomed and they did such an amazing job. Husky’s can typically be very dramatic and Zeus is no exception but they took such great care of him. He looks so clean and pampered, will definitely come again :)
