A huge thank you to the staff here for saving my dog, Willows life. When we found ourselves in the worst day of our life, the team at VEG was so helpful and kind. Our dog had a corn Cobb piece stuck in her intestines. They were able to provide fluids and get her healthy enough to preform surgery to remove the piece. Two months later and Willow is back to living her best life and celebrated her 8th birthday last month. We can’t thank Dr. Wong And her team enough. The team made us a bed to stay overnight through the surgery and we’re with us every step of the way. If your pet needs immediate attention, this is absolutely where you should head for quick care and exceptional service.

We are extremely grateful for the care Pancho received at VEG. During his hospitalization, both my husband and I were able to stay with him, which meant everything to us during such a stressful time. The entire VEG team was incredibly responsive, supportive, and kind. Most importantly, they treated Pancho with so much love and compassion, and we truly felt he was in the best hands. Special thanks to Nurse Rachel, who was wonderful with Pancho. She was very gentle, attentive, and caring when administering his medications and providing all the care he needed. Overall a great experience. Triaged right away. My dog and were made comfortable and were told vitals would be taken and then the vet would be with us. Vitals were taken. All good. Told the vet would be with me once those ahead of me were treated. It took a bit of time but the staff checked in regularly. I enjoyed the open work space. Could tell there was a process and a good work and team environment. My dog had a GI issue and treatment was recommended. I was able to ask questions and direct the level of care. Received a diagnosis and treatment plan which gave me peace of mind. A few things people should consider. You’re not a vet. They are the professionals. The minute I walked into the emergency room with my cat Mommy, who was almost completely unresponsive due to a brutal procedure she endured at another hospital earlier that day, the staff worked immediately and non stop to bring her back to life. They worked until the early morning hours. I will forever be so grateful for the care they gave to my Mommy. I was distraught about the state of my cat being so unresponsive and the staff was just wonderful about whatever I might need to feel more comfortable as well as allowing me to stay right by Mommy's side while they did all they could do bring her back to life. VEG Falls Church deserves a special mention for their exceptional service and the most compassionate experience I’ve ever had at a pet clinic or hospital. We visited them multiple times for emergency situations in the last few weeks, and when the time came to say goodbye to our fur baby, we knew we wanted to do it there. Despite it being a Sunday at 1 am, they graciously provided us with the space and a room where we could say our final goodbyes, complete with all the goodies and treats.
