These folks were amazing! Because you can save a spot online ahead of time, we showed up for our appointment and were warmly greeted and brought directly to a room - no waiting with other pets. My dog suffered a bite from another dog on a walk - Ivana and Dr. Tracey took the best care of my anxious girl. They provided a clear price estimate, worked quickly to clean the wound, and supplied medication and instructions for us to reference at home. Most importantly, they did their best to make sure my dog was comfortable & nurtured throughout the intake and treatment process. It is clear that these folks really care about the animals & their well being, it's not just a job to them. Hope not to need them again but so so thankful to know they are always there! 💛

We had an issue with our 8 month old puppy. We made an immediate appointment with urgentvet. They saw us as soon as we arrived, resolved the issue, explained what happened and how to address it should it occur again, and charged a very reasonable rate. The team there was thoughtful, polite, and professional. We were very, very happy with our experience. Highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough about how sincere and compassionate this Team is. I brought my mother‘s cat in, Sammy. He was not moving and his hind legs were dragging when he tried to move. When we arrived, they immediately took him into revive him. Although he passed, I could not believe how caring everyone was in my mom‘s moment of grief. For a 90-year-old losing an animal is hard enough, this team took extra care and allowed her to say goodbye. I know I will certainly use them again. I highly recommend them

These ladies were wonderful (if there are men I haven’t run into one here, yet!). I have been here twice in the last year, once was to lay my poor kitty to rest… and this second time was just to do some testing and find out what was bugging my poor puppers. They were so kind, informative, and very motivated to help us with our animals. I met two different “doctors”, both of which were very understanding to our situation. They love our animals and want them to have a wonderful happy life! We were helped immediately just from walking in the door. These ladies were fast, efficient, and still personable. Thank you to this WONDERFUL team!

My black lab had a nosebleed; the first in his ten years of life while at petsmart. He was brought to urgent care and checked out. So grateful such consideration and care was prioritized for my spoiled rotten Jaxson. Thankyou so much
