Disturbing conditions for the rats and mice. Rats need well ventilated cages with enrichment. This is a prison cell with no airflow where they are left to brain rot and overheat. The mice were overcrowded - looked like 10+ in a 10 gallon tank. I wanted to support a small business but my stomach is churning thinking about the neglected animals here.

Beautiful shop. Very clean animal and fish tanks which is pretty much the most important thing to look for when picking which local pet shop to do business with. Staff was super nice and helpful even though they were busy. Will definitely be back!

I stopped in today on a whim looking for some pet food for my Dog, and found my new favorite pet store! Admittedly, I normally shop at larger department stores, but I have missed the attention and care provided by small businesses. I shared my Dog’s allergies and health concerns, and the clerk offered recommendations, adevice, and free samples. These days, it’s hard to find pet shops that care well for small animals, but it’s obvious this store got it right. I will absolutely be a returning customer!
