I contacted the Nashoba Valley Vet Office via phone on Thursday, August 7th, to request updated vaccine records and a medication renewal for my pet. Unfortunately, I was met with an unprofessional and condescending tone from Helen at the front desk. From the outset, my reasonable request was met with unnecessary resistance, and instead of offering assistance, Helen escalated the situation with dismissive and unhelpful communication. After nearly 10 minutes of back-and-forth where I repeatedly had to ask for basic information, Helen finally, and begrudgingly, provided minimal details and scheduled an appointment. We gave been bringing our dogs to Dr. Smith for more than 25 years. We have always trusted Craig's advice and recommendations. He is compassionate, patient, easy going and genuinely interested in our pets well-being. Excellent support staff throughout his clinic and front office.

We have gone to this vet for 10 years and have been happy with the care and service. I’m not sure what happened recently, but things have gone downhill quickly. The woman at the front desk (maybe the owner?) made things rather challenging. I’m not sure if it’s because they would rather charge full price for flea and tick meds but they made it really challenging to get the online order validated. When I called to ask for help, they were not helpful and were downright rude. When I finally went in to the Vet to just buy it since they still had not validated the order the woman (owner?) was again rude and not helpful. We needed the pet meds and it sucks when the vet office is the one standing in the way for completion. I own a small business and I get that customer facing things can be cha
