Zero stars!! They left my dog CHOPPED!! I also heard from another customer they did the same to her dog and theyre also horrible prople. My dog is a Maltese and came out looking like a hybrid animal!!! Her face is chopped her tail is gone!!!! Stat AWAY from this place.

This particular Petco my girlfriend and I visit on a frequent. We purchased two Bearded Dragons without issue. The store is maintained on a regular. What I would like to see more at this store is a bigger clearance section and a much better selection of live insects. The super worms are not at all super I size compared to other retailers. Other than that not a bad store at all.

Good place for my dogs food and treats. It’s a shame a few thanks are often out of stock. Also, i with they would stop selling live animals, the single fish in a plastic tub is a horrible way to treat animals !

Used Vetco vaccination clinic, the staff was friendly and outgoing, explained everything to me, set me up with my next appointment. They were tremendous with my puppy, answered all my questions. A very positive experience, I will return for my pups vaccination needs.

I think Christine does a great job grooming my dog Max! 🐶 She’s patient, professional, and always makes sure he looks his best! I highly recommend the grooming services at Petco in Sturbridge to anyone looking for quality care for their pet.
