Come here to feel supported with your precious baby My beloved cat Scully was my first cat and in early 2024 she got mammary cancer. I took her here for treatment and the oncologist Dr. Wilson-Robles (and everyone else) was truly wonderful. Scully was never going to survive, but we did what we could to prolong her life comfortably. Unfortunately she succumbed to her disease pretty quickly- but here I felt comfortable and strong enough to make the decision to put an end to her suffering as soon as she was having complications. TLDR: I could not have felt safer or more supported to do the right thing for my girl than I did here. I felt safe that we were trying the best option for her and also that I wasn't getting taken advantage of regarding her treatment plan and being charged or encoura

I’m new to the area and needed to have a mass removed from my 10 yo male cat Turbo’s eyelid. I spoke with two vets, and was referred here. Prior vets expressed the concern that removing the mass in this spot could cause an eye deformation, preventing Turbo from closing his lid all of the way. Needless to say, I came in terrified; he’s my baby. Dr. Anderson was thorough, answered any questions and worries I had, and did an amazing job performing the surgery. Turbo healed within 2-3 weeks, and now that his hair is growing back, looks as good as new. I had worries about the amount of swelling after surgery, called and spoke with a lady up front (short hair) who was also so kind and supportive, and they allowed me to send in photos for the vet to see to ensure it was normal. Seriously, everyon

If you’re looking between emergency vets to bring your baby, read this review. I brought my sweet cat Toby here after he had some major issues eating and didn’t get better after some intervention at our usual vet because he needed some more intensive care. I brought him here and I’m so happy I did. His vet, Dr. Kees, was an angel on earth. She called me in the evening like she promised and first thing in the morning to give me updates. I was nervous about him and even called a few times between and I would always be transferred where I could speak to a vet or vet tech. Even some of the evening staff sent me a picture of him so I could see how he was doing! They were so thorough to make sure he had everything he needed. While we may have a road ahead, he’s doing SO much better and is back t

After not getting answers for our dog’s rapidly progressing condition at multiple other clinics, we came to RVRC desperate for solutions. All of the staff at RVRC were incredibly supportive, professional, and got our pup in for an MRI immediately. CCU Nurse Fani, Dr. Kees, Dr. Divita and Dr. Hollingsworth were amazing and helped us get through a tough time with high level care for our dog and empathy and communication for us. If you are looking for a clinic with the highest level of competence and customer service, RVRC should be your first and only stop!

We brought our very sick pup to Dr.Juan Sardinas. First of all, when I called for an appointment, Terry was knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Sardinas' dedication, sensitive manner was appreciated during our family crisis. To deliver the saddest information to a dog's family has to also be difficult. He did it with empathy and grace. With grateful hearts, we thank you. Mark and Linda Wilkoff
